I did the Sexy Moves workout from BodyRock today (it’s the intermediate video here) plus a few extra exercises. Pop Pilates’ Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge has been out for awhile but I feel like it’s been getting pretty popular here on Tumblr. So I decided to do that (here) as well as my own version for abs to my current favorite song, Birthday Cake (Remix) ft. Chris Brown by Rihanna.
10 seconds rest x 50 seconds work / 2 rounds
1) High Knees
2) Back Lunge, Side Lunge L/R Alternating
3) High Knees
4) Monkey Push Up, Jump
5) High Knees
6) Push Ups, 2 Ski Abs
7) Tuck Abs
8) 1/2 Burpee
9) Bent Over Rows - used 2 textbooks
10) Sit Ups
11) Reverse Abs
12) Bent Over Rows - used 2 textbooks plus a 1gal water bottle
