9 min 3 second mile today, which is 7 seconds faster than last week. Then I did 40 minutes of weight machines and 20 minutes of ballet stuff.
There was a guy who took the leg press machine for like 20 minutes today… Most of the time he wasn’t even using it! He would be stretching or talking to a friend. It was somewhat crowded at the time I went so it was totally inconsiderate of him. :/
Exercise for the day was a 6.25 mile jog in 1hr 12 mins.
It’s super windy today, though. I think weather.com said that it would be around 25mph for most of the day with super high pollen alert. Luckily I took Claritin earlier this morning so I was only sniffling a little bit.
I need to find a route that is 5 miles one way so that I can reach my goal of a 10 mile jog. Otherwise I have to run back and forth multiple times to get that distance, which I prefer not to do.
Just jogged 6.12 miles on 1hr 11 mins. That’s a personal record for distance so far. I think my goal is to be able to jog 10 miles in one session by the end of the quarter.
The weather is perfect for running right now. It was supposed to ‘storm’ but I’m glad that didn’t happen. My 5K is on Sunday but there’s a chance of rain. :/
Today, I jogged 4.07mi in 47:22mins. It’s been 1.5wk since my last run and I could definitely tell.
My 5K is on Sunday so I’m planning on running Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and resting Sunday.
Jogged 2.8 miles in 31:50 minutes and then biked 2.84 miles in 18:40 minutes.
I haven’t biked since probably September or November. I definitely bike a lot faster if I’m going to school or coming home. I rarely bike at a leisurely pace so it was pretty nice.
Jogged 4.10 miles in 46:58 minutes.
I haven’t gone for a run since Tuesday but luckily I finished working on my group project earlier than planned. The weather was so nice and the run definitely felt good.
I went on a pretty short jog today because it was pretty gloomy and supposed to rain. I jogged 2.16 miles in 10:59 minutes. I tried jogging backwards for some of it: it’s really tiring!
I jogged 3.95 miles in 43:52 minutes today. I have been going a slightly route everything but this time was almost completely different. I thought it was at least 4 miles but it wasn’t. Oh well.
I’m not really sure how long I’ll be able to keep running though. I tend to get really obsessed with a type of exercise, do it too much, and then get too bored so I stop. I’ve been taking different routes to help with that, though. Another problem is that it’s about to get hot and I hate the heat.
