August 29, 2012 Exercise
Today I did a modified version of BodyRock’s Sexy Satisfaction workout (here). I’m back in my parent’s house and I did my exercise upstairs in my room. I didn’t want to do any jumping because of that.
10 seconds rest x 50 seconds work / 3 rounds
1) Push Up & Knee to Opposite Elbow
3) Rolling V-Abs
4) Push Up & Squat
6) Reverse Crunches
