August 29, 2012 Exercise

Today I did a modified version of BodyRock’s Sexy Satisfaction workout (here). I’m back in my parent’s house and I did my exercise upstairs in my room. I didn’t want to do any jumping because of that.

10 seconds rest x 50 seconds work / 3 rounds

1) Push Up & Knee to Opposite Elbow
2) Squats
3) Rolling V-Abs
4) Push Up & Squat
5) Crunches
6) Reverse Crunches 

August 29, 2012 Exercise

I know it’s already Thursday but I did a BodyRock routine late last night and then never posted about it. I did the Titanium Fire workout (here) and started the Kill Me Abs workout (on the same page). For the ab workout, I was using magazine covers but since I don’t wear shoes inside the house, there was too much friction for my feet so i just did some regular crunches and what not.

1 minute rest x 6 minutes work / 2 rounds

1) 6 Back Lunge w/ Leg Lifts
2) 6 Star Jumps
3) 6 Raised Leg Push Ups w/ Knee In
4) Reverse crunches

Today, I did the Sexy Friggin’ Body workout (here) from BodyRock again.

1) Low Jacks
2) Bicycles
3) Dancing Crab
4) Ninja Tuck Jump

I also did 25 Bent Over Rows with 2 textbooks and 50 Bent Over Rows with 2 textbooks and 1gal water bottle.

August 7, 2012 Exercise

Today I did BodyRock’s We Are Young workout (here) and the Blow Me Extreme Ab workout (here). The We Are Young workout had a different set up than normal. It was 6 minutes of working going through each exercise and then 1 minute of rest.

1) 8 Jump Squat Punch Outs - used 2 textbooks
2) 8 Lunge & Twist - used 2 textbooks
3) 4 Switch Push Ups, 4 Triceps Push Up
4) 8 Sit Ups - used 2 textbooks

2) Legs & Shoulders 6” off the floor, Open & Close Arms
3) C-sit Position, Reach Up & Open

The Blow Me Extreme Abs workout doesn’t have names listed for their moves so I just made them up since this is the third time I’ve done it.

I did the Sexy Moves workout from BodyRock today (it’s the intermediate video here) plus a few extra exercises. Pop Pilates’ Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge has been out for awhile but I feel like it’s been getting pretty popular here on Tumblr. So I decided to do that (here) as well as my own version for abs to my current favorite song, Birthday Cake (Remix) ft. Chris Brown by Rihanna.
